Join certified yoga instructor, Cindy Harrington, the first Wednesday evening of each month for a rejuvenating hour-long yoga class. Great for any level, including beginners. Cindy teaches a mix of hatha, yin and vinyasa styles. We relax, stretch, strengthen and, most importantly, breathe!
