Weekly Hatha Yoga Class

Join Cindy on Sunday mornings at 9:15 a.m. for a rejuvenating hour-long yoga class. Great for any level, including beginners. Cindy teaches a mix of hatha, yin and vinyasa styles. We relax, stretch, strengthen and, most importantly, breathe!

Admission with Freedom Valley YMCA membership or a guest pass
