Steps to Reduce Wi-Fi and Dirty Energy in Your Environment

This past December, my husband and I got on an airplane for the first time in two years and traveled to the Riviera Maya, Mexico. We’ve been there many times and love stay in a quiet beach town south of Cancun. When we arrived at our sunny apartment the first day, I stepped out on the balcony and saw the wi-fi tower pictured here, just a short block away. Having taken many steps at home to protect myself from wi-fi and dirty energy, and having seen the debilitating effects wi-fi has had on some of my clients when they first come to me, I was suddenly very disappointed and frankly, pretty scared.

The experience motivated me to finally put together a list of the many ways I have learned to protect myself from wi-fi and dirty energy. Here it is. I tell my clients, just doing one of the items below will benefit you. The list can be tackled over time.

  • Do not wear or store wi-fi enabled devices anywhere on the body (i.e. cell phones, smart watches, FitBits, Bluetooth earbuds)

  • Do not rest wi-fi enabled laptops or tablets on your lap or body.

  • If enabled, turn off 5G on your cell phone. For iPhone, go to Settings —> Cellular —> Cellular Data Options —> Voice and Data —> Choose “LTE.” If you own an Android phone, do a web search for your make and model.

  • When making a call with your cell or cordless phone, use the speaker or wired earbuds/headset. Never put a wireless device up to your ear or touching your head.

  • When sleeping, turn off your cell phone or move it at least 8 feet from your body…

One of at least three wi-fi towers at the beach town we love so much!

And more!

  • Use a shielded cell phone case. SafeSleeve and DefenderShield are recommended brands.

  • Unplug electronic devices within 6 feet of your bed for sleep.

  • Turn off your home router when sleeping no matter where it is in your home.

  • Do not sit/work/play within 8-10 feet of your router.

  • Cover your router with a Signal Tamer (go to lessemf.com to purchase).

  • Turn off wi-fi and Bluetooth in your car.

  • Connect computers to your modem with ethernet cables. Then be sure to turn off wi-fi from the modem and put your computers in airplane mode.

  • Beware when making home purchases. “Smart” devices (i.e. televisions and appliances) may seem convenient, but they transmit wi-fi radiation and are not healthy for humans and animals.

  • Be aware of the closest cell phone towers and antennas to your home (go to antennasearch.com) and when planning a vacation.

  • Consume a whole foods diet with plenty of healthy fat. Include saturated fat in your diet for robust cell membranes, highly protective against EMF. Avoid sugars and processed foods.

  • Regular use of Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field (PEMF) devices* can help to mitigate effects (i.e. PURELIFE therapy mats and personal device).

  • Purchase a Q-Disc 5.0 to attach to your phone.* It will convert the bad energy to good. (But still be very cautious.)

  • Squirt Blu-Block Skin Spray Tonic* on your body once per day.

  • Squirt Magnesium Oil on your skin when in a high wi-fi area.

  • Wear silver-lined clothing over your vulnerable/sensitive areas.

  • If you have unresolved health issues, schedule an evaluation at Center for Nutritional Healing and I’ll test your body for radiation as a stressor on your nervous system and your body’s organs and glands.

  • Schedule a home/office assessment with Lee Sagula from EMF Professional Solutions.

Children and pets are especially vulnerable.

Just because you can’t see it or feel it, doesn’t mean it does not exist.
